Poor service from makro repair centre

Skyworth TV purchased by makro was faulty. Ref ***, and ref ***. The TV my daughter bought me as a gift was giving problems from the first few months. She booked it in, and it was only collected several months later, after one year of endless phone calls to makro.

Spoke to tebogo, thabang, and waseema, pendilwe..

The TV was collected after a year, and a few months later it had exactly the same issue at the time it was booked in. (losing all data and settings).. After I tried to book it in again I was advised that the skyworth TV is now out of warranty, and we had to take it back to Barnards repairs for own costs. How pathetic is this service. Very unhappy customers.
