Poor service from makro order - MAK***

I am so disappointed in makro. I don't think I'll ever place an online order from them again. I bought chairs and they took a whole month to let me know the chairs are out of stock and that I will get a refund within 10 days. It's more than 2 wwks now I've been waiting for the refund, I send emails and no one responds.
