Poor service from makro online store

Makro has really disappointed me, I bought some items on the 21st of August 2024 and they told me one of the item is out of stock anf they will refund me within 3-7 days, after 10days I called the store and they told me they process my money, i waited for my money and after 3days when i try to call again they do not pick my calls.
