Poor service from makro online

I have received the same email 3 times to say the request for return has been approved extending the collection.

But no contact since the 8th of November.

I will be complaining on Hello Peter since I have 3 refund request pending.

The service is ridiculous as they can't tell me when this bucket will even be collected
