Poor service from makro online dropshipping?

The altime low with online shopping by far.Noember baught boxing machine from makro online. January got refund due to 3rd party unable to source. Last week baught electric grater..... told today the courier attempted to deliver last thursday at 19h00.no rec on cctv or hooter or phonecall but in the morning wednesday being told by courier they attempted to call but msg email said courier received parcel only 4pm on wednesday. Wonder who is doing the lying or is the service just the worst? I will never suport makro online afain cause too much bs and poor service...... bunch of liers i think
