Poor Service from Makro online

I bought an item from Makro and the following day they sent a message saying the order is ready and packed but when the courier goes and collect the order they raised a pickup-exception saying the order is not ready for collection.

I will never buy from Makro online, Takealot is very much better.

Poor service, even the call centre agents are rude , they will put you on hold for 10 minutes with no solution.

I ended up cancelling my order.
