Poor service from Makro online

I’m having recurring issues with Makro online. This is the second time I’ve ordered from them, and both times have been problematic. The first order was delayed because I was only informed after calling them that the product was out of stock. Now, I’ve placed a new order that was supposed to be delivered by Friday, but there has been no update, and the tracking information shows the parcel hasn’t been picked up by the courier.

The product I ordered cost approximately 27,900, and it needs to reach the recipient by Wednesday. It looks like Makro will fail to meet this deadline, as they have in the past. Additionally, the refund for a previous canceled order has not been reflected in my bank account.

The lack of communication and repeated issues are extremely frustrating.
