Poor service from Makro online

Another day - another wait for a refund from Makro. I cancelled an order at the end of March. The item was collected 3 weeks later. Still they have not refunded me and I cannot get a suitable response from them. i will never buy anything on Makro online again and strongly suggest that nobody else does this either
