Poor service from Makro online
I am a huge supporter of online shopping that work efficiently! If I can give South Africans any advice on online shopping is to stay away from Makro online. The company has good deals but delivery is handled very unprofessionally and if you have problems with a faulty product it becomes a nightmare to sort out! My advice is to stay away even if it is a crazy good deal.
I purchased 1 off TWS 109 wireless earphones from makro online (order number MAK ********** ) in the middle of April 2019. I was promised that delivery will be made in 7 working days. Delivery only happened in the second week of May 2019. The earphones was for my sons birthday and the first time he tried using them, the left earphone did not work. I phoned makro several times (5) without getting ANY help in sorting out the defective earphone. My reference number at their call center is 92754.
I will never purchase anything from Makro online again!!!
