Poor service from Makro Online
I have received shocking service from Makro Online - you do a disservice to all the hard working members of your staff in the branches. I ordered three items online, each arriving separately, and the last item was incorrect. I have now sent three emails to Makro (one per week) , and nobody has even bothered to contact me. This is the last time I will use Makro Online ....totally useless. ** the first email was sent on the 22nd October
