Poor service from makro online!

Don't ever buy from makro online ever!!!! All they'll do is take your money sit with it and not secure the product you purchased!!! Unbelievable will never do business with makro again. After keeping my money for over 3 weeks now they want to refund me. I purchased the trojan home 1.0 the day it was made available and was assured my stock was secured!

I purchased this item the morning it was advertised yet you tell me you have no stock? Can a company of makro size truly operate so inefficiently, unbelievable.

I purchased floor mats for the conversion of my room for gym equipment that you clearly stated was secured and now have no stock of, are you going to repay me for the floor mats which have no use now?

I was promised a manager will contact me, im still waiting. Absolutely unbelievable.

Are you paying me my money back with interest?

Whats the point purchasing online if after payment is made you can't secure the stock?

How is it possible to advertise a product which you have no stock of?

Surely I will take this to social media (hello Peter) to make people aware never to buy from makro online ever!!! Or makro in general.
