Poor service from Makro online

Made my first purchase online 25th November 2021 and no delivery to date, phone everyday after the 7 business day which is there lead time, you call the call customer care and all they can say is that they escalated it and we will receive a call, last call made was that they will follow up next day with us and they think they don’t have stock almost 3 weeks later they realised that, I had excuses that the shipment with courier, they give you a number for courier that does not work and then the other shipment is at the store and the courier never collect. It Is such a embarrassment the service we receive from a big store. I buy online from Checkers and Pnpay, not a day i had a issue. Makro not again.
