Poor service from Makro Mbombela

Very poors service, we are from Polokwane and we instructed our manager on site to go and purchase a 4pos slip printer from makro Mbombela, they didn't have a makro card with them and a Mr S ### helped them on arrival back at our business they plugged in the printer and it wasn't even switching on, I've instructed them to go back to the store to get a refund, which the branch didn't want to help us, we bought it on the 19/05/2021 they went back the following week because it's far from our business, and they have to use public to get there. Please help us to get this sorted
