POOR SERVICE FROM MAKRO GERMISTON

On Friday I revived a call in my office stating that i could purchase essential items as i am an essential service provider.On Sunday I when to Makro Germiston to purchase equipment,I was told that i require a CIPRO document I informed them that I am a Sole Proprietor I and followed the Government Gazette notice .I provided a Copy of Annexure "C" form 1 with my company stamp on it a certified copy of the following Documents, wiresmans licence ,registration from the department of labour that i am a registered Electrical contractor and a copy of my I D! Still not good enough!!!!!! Further more I had a copy of the Government Gazette No 43148 dated the 25th March 2020 Vol.657 that states that I am an essential service provider with all the requirements that i need. No were in the Government Gazette dose it state that i must produce a affidavit stating that i am an essential service operator. The STORE MANAGER ON DUTY IS TOTALLY ******** AN SHOULD NOT HOLD SUCH A POSITION IF HE DOSE NOT UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A Pty or a CC company who is registered with CIPRO and a sole proprietor who dose not have to be registered with CIPRO and can not get that document POOR SHOW
