Poor Service from Makro

Order a large kitchen appliance online for delivery. I cannot understand how Makro can offer online and delivery if they unable to execute. No wonder they making losses. They use Wumdrop as their courier. Despite receiving sms confirmation of a delivery. No sign of them. Called several times and was assured they are on their way. No show
