Poor service from Makro

I ordered 2 headboards online from Makro on the 05/12/2024, I was promised they will be delivered between the 18 and the 19 of December 2024. Today its the 20th of December and I had to call Makro and chat with them only to find out that my order is not even prepared. I asked them to deliver today before 5pm but I can hear from the manager called Shedwin that I won't get my order as he mentioned the supplier still needs to manufacture them. I have already hired the trailer yesterday for 3 days preparing for nothing. If I don't get them delivered today, Makro will be liable to pay for the cost of hiring a trailer and i am going to cancel the order. Babalwa and Tshilidzi are the customer support agents I was chatting with and they don't care, *********** and arrogant.
