Poor service from Makro and Wumdrop courier

I ordered a toploader washing machine on the 29th of October 2023..until now I haven't received my order...it's not the first I've ordered online and they delivered,but this time around poor poor service from either Makro and their Wum courier guys....Today its the 14th of November no delivery...when I call they are saying" order has been scheduled for today,I should receive my order"...they're daily story.....This time around I am not pleases with Makro.
