Poor service from Makro And WUM drop from Silver lakes

Makro and WUM drop it's useless partnership, I have ordered with makro on the 24th my order was being send back to the store two times by drivers for no reason. While I was contacted as the order it's on its way. I feel like Makro should cancel the partnership with this company and find better courier company. Or they should cancel this online thing at all if they fail to get the right partnership.
