Poor service from Makro and Defy

On the 5th of May 2022 I bought a defy washing machine for the price of R9 000 at Makro Riversand, I was advised to add the insurance of a R1000. Which makes the total of R10 000. The machine could not work within a week. I called them and i was sent from pillar to post. Now i am being referred to Defy call center which is very poor in service. Kindly sort this problem asap.
