POOR SERVICE FROM MAKRO

Very poor delivery service from Makro and DSV, their courier company. It is past 14 days and still no delivery. I've had ONE response from Eschel Steele and that's where the service ended. I've been a loyal customer of MAKRO for decades, but this poor service has me thinking of moving away from them
