Poor Service From Makro

Poor Service my order was supposed to be delivered on the 2nd December 2024 i received sms stating my order has been dispatched on the 2nd of December, today its the 3rd i emailed them no response , i went to chat online and i was shocked to learn that my order is still in progress after the order was placed on the 29 November 2024 it is still in progress , even after receiving confimation sms that the order is been dispatched
