POOR SERVICE FROM MAKRO

I placed an online order on 29 November. The parcel should have been delivered on 3 December. Up to now I cannot get any answers from your online department. After the parcel was packed Courier guy went there 3 times to collect and everytime the parcel was not ready. The courier cancelled the collection now. I can not get any feedback from the online department. This is very poor service. Please cancel my order asap and arrange for a urgent refund as I will buy from Takealot now. I will not recommend Makro to anyone in the future.
