Poor service from Makro

Bought 12kg washing machine 1 courier guy was sent to deliver. Due to lack of manpower he pulled the machine from my drive way with no trolley. Ended up leaving outside since the entrance required the machine to be lifted up. The machine slept outside while it was raining ended up calling makro to come and collect still only 1 man was sent he had to ask strangers to come and assist him to lift it. Very dissapointed with the poor service I was looking forward enjoying the machine. Makro seem not to be bothered. Now waiting for refund.
