Poor service from Makro!!!

So I ordered Christmas presents online, a 2ft banner arrived at me as 8 paper plates?? The other 2 items I got was not what I ordered at all!! Their description online is not what you get at delivery, after having a conversation of 30 mins with one of the consultants, it's still not resolved!! 9 days before Christmas!! This is pathetic, I would never buy from Makro again!!!
