Poor service for return: MAK***

I ordered a router online. it was delivered and I discovered that the network is bad with this router I ordered. I logged a return and jt was collected.

After few days I received an email from Thandiwe Mpanza , stating that the supplier does not see anything wrong with the router and it will be returned back to me.

I then sent an email to Thandiwe stating that the router is problematic, I request a refund or a replacement. To this date no response. o
