Poor Service for my LG Microwave

After 4 weeks with repairs of my LG Microwave , i got it back with scratched on the door , not even a bubble wrap and has huge dent at the back of the microwave . now the still has the same problem that initially brought in for now even worse . when you warm food it will run up until you switch at the mains .
