Poor service
I am truly experience the most terrible experience with Makro at Strubensvalley. as i placed an order online on the 7th November 2024 (A month ago, I logged a return for an item and still have not been assisted. I then placed another order on the 1st December 2024 and my order still has not been delivered. i have sent a complaint through to Makro and no feedback has been received.

No one has even bothered to get back to me or to respond. This is really bad service... even after calling your customer care line. The matter has not been resolved
