poor service, false advertising!

I wanted to purchase an item online, they advertise if your item is R500 or more, delivery is free. when I get to check out there is a delivery charge? I phone the call centre, where they take hours to answer the phone and have no clue how to help. you email them same thing. the service level at Makro is very poor and like this they can also close down like Game stores
