Poor service

Poor service from Makro and the courier guy. I placed an order (OD***) the order came today it's a table and plastic chair set and a pump, but the table and the chairs do not have legs. I asked the courier guy where are the legs and his respond was like maybe in the little box which had a pump. Immediately after he left I opened the packages and I was correct there are no legs. I called him and told him the package has no legs he kept quiet. I called makro online and was advised to go to my profile and click on refund. All I want is the legs of the table and the chairs. I sent whatsapp messages and can you believe in was told that the order is delivered and I should speak to the supplier about the missing stuff, while payment was done tk makro.

I kept receiving emails that Joshua will contact me and nxt thing I get an email about my return being placed and will set pickup date for collection. No one is bothering to call me and ask what exactly I want...I am so disappointed honestly
