Poor service

My partner has been approved for credit Friday and we were told that we can buy immediately but ever since we are unable to make a purchase because the credit is unauthorized. We've been waiting for hours to speak to your people and they say it's sorted and when we at the till the card declines. We've been at this for 2 days now.
