Poor service
Never in my life have I received such bad service.... Highly disappointed in Makro and their extended warranty department not to mention the Germiston store and whats with Whirlpool appliances that can't be fixed? A 3 year old top loader that has an error spinning is deemed salvage? Then Makro giving a R3000 voucher to replace a 16kg top loader???? Are u mad? U didnt even have a front loader for that price on your floor on black Friday? I need someone to phone me back i want my machine replaced this is week 3!!!!

The issue i have is that the machine was bought on special there is no way i can replace my machine in 2021 for 3000 u dont even have a machine on your gloor for that amount????? I want your Germiston store to come to the party i have been phoning 2 times a day with no one to assist me!!! Please get the store manager to phone me ***

What a load of nonsense!!!
