Poor service

I wish to express my dissatisfaction regarding the cancellation of my online order. This situation is particularly disappointing as no issues were raised when the table was initially ordered and available stock was confirmed. Furthermore, given that I was the first to place an order with payment already settled, the item should have been secured for me without delay.

Moreover, the order was placed over a week ago with an expected delivery date of Wednesday. It is now Friday, and only at this juncture has the decision been made to cancel the order. I am perplexed as to why this action was not taken earlier, particularly given the delay in communication.

Regrettably, as a result of these circumstances, I find myself as a very dissatisfied customer.
