Poor service
Placed an order on the 24 of June 23, even now I haven't received my order, yesterday I called them telling them to cancel the order and refund my money, they didn't take my request into consideration. I'm tired of running after Makro ,I want them to cancel the order and refund me my money.

10 Jul 2023, 20:26After complaining about their poor service I received a call from one of their agent and i ask the agent how long will it take for them to refund me ? He told me it will take 10 working days for me to get my refund.. After that I made a research about that and I realized that there is no such they we're lying to me in order for me not to cancel the order. I nolonger want the product I want my refund back immediately.
