Poor service delivery - Makro Strubens Valley

Very bad sevice delivery From Makro Strubens Valley and Customer Care contact Centre. I placed and order on the 26 of January and to date haven't heard anything from them either, except from the items did did not have in stock ( received and email). We contacted customer care and they cannot help, so why are they called CUSTOMER CARE?. I contacted the Strubens Valley Makro, and they do not pick up the phone, like in "NOT AL ALL". This is so frustrating. I will never, and I say never buy anything form Makro StrubensValley ever again. My order was split into 3 orders and the big main food order was supposed to be delivered on the 28th of Jan which never happend. The other two small one I received with a shortage of two Items. The Call centre just do not care to sort it out. Please please pleas "DO NOT" order anything from them online. Never ever been this disappointed about a package delivery. I hope that my message reaches the correct person who can deal with this query.
