Poor Service Delivery - Makro Springfield Park

I called Makro Springfield Park to enquire whether they had a product in stock before driving all the way to the premises to buy it. It took over 15 minutes on the phone with them being transferred from department to department & despite to 4 staff members i didn't get an answer. They make the SA post office look super efficient when it comes to customer enquiries
