Poor service delivery, Makro onlie
Poor service from Makro! After a failed attempt to deliver an item purchased online even after calling the courier driver on the day of delivery and advising my availability, which he took note of, I was still left waiting days for delivery, after numerous calls to the courier company 'WUM drop' and to the rude driver, 'Sizwe' my delivery was eventually cancelled and returned back to the store without no feedback. The Makro call centre agents keep promising to escalate but it seems to go nowhere. I will never order online from Makro again. Very poor communication and back up service & the most useless courier company.

I had to do my own follow ups only to be told my order was not dispatched yesterday as it was a failed collection at Makro to deliver to me today. This is going on for a week now. I am tired of this poor service. Makro does not care about customer service. I was told it was scheduled for collection today but I no longer trust Makro's word on anything.
