Poor service delivery, insufficient response and attendance to issue at hand

Your automated response is non acceptable, you are not addressing the issue at hand despite making it clear to your company that the item shows available online with evidence of screenshot taken from your online store, with that being said also taking into note that your company has no care whatsoever for its clients by simply responding in the manner of response. Had the company informed me well in advance that the item is not available rather then accepting my order and sending notification that order is in progress, I had to follow up 7days after placing order, whereas your site says 2-5 working days to deliver, I only received response 5days later stating product is not available making it 12days of pending order, bearing in mind the order was place 21st of September it is now 9th of October. I am disappointed in the level of service received from your company and way of response regarding my complaint from your customer service team which does not portray good level of customer service, instead of attending to customers concerns your company brushes off the matter and blatantly eliminates the issue at hand.
