Poor service delivery from MAKRO ONLINE

I have ordered and paid for 2 items on 20 January i item was delivered within a week the other was said to be delivered within 21 days after a month I still haven't received the second product and the only response I get from their customer care is that they will escalate the query I think the service provider should at least tell you before you pay if a product is out of stock .
