POOR SERVICE DELIVERY FROM MAKRO

I placed an order on Black Friday, I missed the drivers call on Saturday for delivery called the driver back he said they will re attempt delivery Sunday I received a message Sunday that my order is in the way later i received a message that the delivery failed but I didn’t receive any communication from the driver I’ve been calling them to enquire about when I will receive the order I’ve been getting sent from pillar to post if not that I am put on hold til my airtime runs out I am not happy about their service at all
