Poor Service Delivery

Firstly, I would say am really disappointed by Makro online service delivery its very poor and has made me not to recommend Makro to anyone. I ordered a drone online and there were a lot of complications with my delivery. I had to keep calling Makro everyday and they didn't provide any proper feedback. I finally received my delivery, but there was issues with my package: 1. The seals were broken on the product's packaging looks like the product was opened before delivery 2. There's missing parts. Online it indicates it includes batteries for the drone but my package didn't have the battery I tried calling Makro's call centre but my call kept being cut off. Now am sitting with a drone with no battery meaning I cannot use this product. I AM NEVER BUYING FROM MAKRO AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE ANYONE I KNOW NOT TO BUY FROM MAKRO.
