Poor service delivery disaster
Bought a dishwasher on the 10th and the expected delivery was on the 13th. No communication from Makro Strubens Valley regarding the delays!!! Time wasted and a call out fee for the plumber

I called again today and I was told that the salesperson gave me the wrong invoice and so, I was supposed to get a copy and leave the original invoice because dispatch only works with originals. All I am hearing is stories with no accountability, the system is there for what purpose because the details are there. Now I need to go to the store to sort this costly mess!!!!
