Poor service delivery, communication is key

Makro communications are really bad. I have ordered an Item 5days ago, whereby the item is still sitting in packaging. Every time I call the call center to ask on progress, they tell me the system says the item will be delivered today for the last two days. I have requested on every call to speak to team lead or management and still no response. I have send emails to *** also no response. Bad service delivery.
