Poor Service delivery at Makro

I logged a call before X-mas regarding my LG front loader washing machine for assessment/possible repair, but still haven’t received any call from either LG or Makro.

My LG washing machine is only able to wash, but cannot drain water. It is also unable to take fabric softener during rinsing period.

Been trying to call national customer care line in Cape Town for my call log tracking , but there’s still no action taken. I need help from your side to escalate this matter, as I am unable to do my washing with my hands due to health conditions.

The machine is still under 10 year Warranty and it’s a LG front loader wash and dry machine.
