Poor service delivery @. MAKRO CARNIVAL

Worst customer experience ever! We went over the weekend to purchase home appliances. We were told by the salesperson that delivery will take place on Wednesday. We’ve put in a days leave to be home when they deliver our appliances. We started phoning, but at first the phones kept ringing and after some time the call gets cut-off. Eventually when we got through they first said that there is no one who can do the delivery on Wednesday, without letting the customer know about their delivery that won’t take place on the day that was promised, they keep quiet. This morning we once again call after them as we don't get any feedback from them and once again a struggle to get a phone answer.So when they finally answer they promised we will get our delivery today ,”THE STOCK IS ALREADY LOADED AND ON ITS WAY”and we are still waiting .we tried again to phone again and no answer the phone.
