Poor service delivery and customer experience

I ordered a mirror 3months ago,but due to technical errors with the address and after requesting it.to be corrected, which it was not,I cancelled my order.To date ,after numerous follow up,emails,calls and even Instagram dms,I am still waiting for my refund.
