Poor service delivery

I ordered 48×440 Heineken cans on the 28th of August 2023 on line, i was expecting delivery on the 1st of Sept, i didn't get my order. I called on the 4 Sep was told they will contact the courier then send me an email, got nothing / called again on the 8th Sep same story no communication. I am still waiting it is now the 13th of September. I am sodisappointed at their service delivery & lack of communication.
