Poor Service Delivery

I orders to two Condere fans (Floor standing),and they were delivered on time. I connected one and the after running for an hour the fan un*****ed from the stand. The workmanship on those fans is poor and I decided to return both fans, second one still sealed. I requested a return of the fans on the 28th January 2025 and till today the fans are not collected. I made numerous calls to follow up on the return request and I am told it is escalated. The call center cannot confirm when will the fan be collected. I cannot buy a different fan as my funds I still tied up with them. I am very much disappointed with poor service from Makro.
