Poor service delivery

I've rejected the order on the 06.11.2024, I still haven't received my refund and it was stated that I will receive it within 48hours. It's more than 10 days now and I still getting same answers from consultants that they are escalating the matter. I feel that I'm treated unfairly and as a mother I failed to get my son a birthday present due to this.
