Poor service delivery

Makro centurion The money market cashiers and the 3 on duty managers told me that Makro no longer support money transfer and cash back services. A family member sent money from Pep and on the receipt at clearly states that you can draw money from Makro, Spar, Pep, Game and or Rhino and on Makro's website it says the service is still available Yet the management team says otherwise very disappointed for the time, petrol and energy waste going there. I just wondered how a big corporation can have this level of miscommunication and misconduct truly scary. I would like to lodge a formal complaint against the management team of the afternoon shift and would like the platform to be given or be informed on how this misinformation is possible
