Poor service delivery

I ordered a bottle of Forever Living Arctic Sea tablets on the 6th of March under order number MAK*** and I went with them because they are usually quick with delivery. To my surprise the delivery date was meant to be the 15th and I was ok with it. Since then the last update on their tracker was on the 10th and it still remains "Packed". I have since sent 2 enquiries and all I get is the No Reply acknowledgement email and there's been no human contact. I tried to call and that call either says the number does not exist or it's silent. This is the poorest service I've ever received from Makro and I do online shopping with them every 2nd month. I am so disappointed with their lack of service.
